The Mexican National Team U.S. Tour Fan Festival is a celebration for fans leading up to the feature soccer match to be held at AT&T Stadium. There will be a DJ and live music; food, beverage (alcoholic), and merchandise will be sold. A 5-minute sound check at 60% of the volume planned is approved at noon. The event will require the following street closures: Young Street (full closure) from Field Street to Ervay Street from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Akard Street (full closure) from Young Street to Marilla Street from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Akard Street from Wood Street to Young Street and Canton Street to Young Street from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Marilla Street from Akard Street to Young Street from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Marilla Street from Ervay Street to Evergreen Street from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.  Ervay Street from Canton Street to Young Street from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Browder Street (full closure) from Young Street to Canton Street from 8 a.m. on June 6 to 11 p.m. on June 7 and City Hall Horseshoe from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. City Hall Garage entrance/exit on Young Street will be accessible. Setup on the plaza begins at 7 a.m. on June 4 with the erection of a mobile stage (24’x24’x36’) and tents (fifteen – 10’x20’ and five 10’x10’). Teardown will be complete by noon on June 8. Street closure apparatus will be removed by 12:30 a.m. June 8.
