This new event is a festival with music, theatre, dance and visual art performances accompanied by a community altar that honors deceased friends and family. Setup will begin at 3:45 p.m. with the erection of a stage (48’x96’36”). Teardown and street closure apparatus will be complete by 10 p.m.
