The annual Allstate Hot Chocolate 15k/5k race will start and finish in Fair Park amongst Dallas’ biggest chocolate aficionados. Set-up will begin Thursday, February 7th at 4 a.m. with the erection of tents (one-30×120) (one-30×40) (one-10×10) (one-30×50) (two-10×20) (one-20×20), stages (two-8’x8’x24” high) (one-12’x12’x24” high), and the use of two standard 5,000 forklifts. Tear down to be completed by 12 p.m. on Sunday, February 10th. The event includes the use of the Santa Fe Trail, amplified sound starting at 8 a.m., the sale of merchandise and provides non-sales of food and beverage (non-alcohol). The 15k/5k race route consists of full/parcel closure along the following impacted streets: N. Haskell from Fair Park to Bryan St. (7a.m. – 9a.m.) (Full); Main St. from N. Haskell to Peak St (7a.m.- 8:45a.m.) (Eastbound); Bryan St. from N. Haskell to Greenville Ave. (8a.m. – 9:30a.m.) (Full); Greenville Ave. from Bryan St. to Lewis St. (8:15a.m. – 9:45a.m.) (Full); Lewis St. from Greenville Ave. to Skillman St. (8:15a.m. – 10a.m.) (Full); Skillman St. from Lewis St. to La Vista Dr. (8:30a.m. – 10:15a.m.) (Full); La Vista Dr. from Skillman St. to Shore Dr. (8:30a.m. – 10:30a.m.) (Full); Shore Dr. from La Vista St. to Santa Fe Trail (8:30a.m. – 10:30a.m.) (Full); Santa Fe Trail from Shore Dr. to Willow St. (8:30a.m. – 10:45a.m.) (Trail); Willow St. from Santa Fe Trail to Peak St. (8:45a.m. – 11a.m.) (Full); Peak St. from Main St. to Stonewall St. (7:15a.m. – 11a.m.) (Full); Stonewall St. from Parry Ave. to S.
