Good Local Market -White Rock Farmers Market @ Lake Pointe Church
Jul 20 @ 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

This neighborhood farmers market is organized by Good Local Markets in the Lake Pointe Church parking lot. The market includes up to 70 vendors selling locally grown foods and goods on Saturdays. This event will not require street closures and all parking will take place in the church parking lot. Setup will begin at 6 a.m. with the erection of tents (up to 70 – 10’ x 15’) and teardown will be complete by 2 p.m.

St. Michaels Farmers Market
Jul 20 @ 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

This Neighborhood Farmers Market is organized by Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church. The market will consist of no more than 70 vendors with tents (10’x15′) and tables selling locally grown foods and goods on Saturdays. This event will not require street closures and all parking will take place in the church parking lot. Setup of the market will begin at 7 a.m. and teardown will be complete by 1 p.m.

 

RBOC, INC. 20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
Jul 20 @ 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

This free community festival celebrates the 20th anniversary of Rebuild Our Community (RBOC), Inc. The festival will be hosted on the triangular public green space (park) between Balboa Drive, Berkley Avenue and S Edgefield Avenue and includes amplified sound, a DJ and live performances (Karaoke). Food and beverage (nonalcoholic) will be provided. Setup will start at 12:30 p.m. with tables, chairs and a portable karoke speaker. Teardown will be complete by 7 p.m.

Deep Ellum Outdoor Market #9 @ Deep Ellum

Deep Ellum Community Association is hosting their monthly outdoor arts and crafts market. This free event includes live music, amplified sound and vendors. Merchandise, food, and beverage (nonalcoholic) and will be sold. The following street will close from 2 – 9 p.m.: N. Crowdus Street from Elm Street to Main Street. Parking Meters will be hooded at 100-199 N. Crowdus Street from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Setup begins at 2 p.m. with the erection of tents (thirty-five – 10’x10’), a generator and a PA system. Teardown will be complete by 9 p.m. Street closure apparatus will be removed by 9 p.m.

Kessler Hills Shopping Center Family Carnival
Jul 20 @ 4:00 pm – 11:30 pm

This temporary carnival in the Kessler Hills Shopping Center parking lot will feature a variety of amusement rides and games. Food and beverage (nonalcoholic) will be sold. No tents, stages or street closures are required. Setup for the event will begin Wednesday, July 10 at 10 a.m. Teardown will be complete by Monday, July 29 at 6 p.m. A permit extension may be issued for the remaining scheduled dates: Monday – Friday, July 22 – 26 and Saturday & Sunday, July 27 – 28.

Circo Espana @ Garibaldi Bazzaar
Jul 20 @ 7:30 pm – 9:45 pm

Circo Espana is hosting their annual ten-day circus event on the Garibaldi Bazaar parking lot. This ticketed event includes comedians, clown jugglers, aerial acts and amplified sound. Food and beverage (nonalcoholic) will be sold. Setup begins at 8 a.m. on June 26 with the erection of a tent (one – 100’x100’), a portable generator and a forklift. Teardown will be complete by 6 p.m. on July 22.

Ticolini Circus
Jul 20 @ 7:30 pm – 8:45 pm

This new event is a circus featuring acrobats, jugglers, clowns and a contortionist. Food and beverage (nonalcoholic) will be sold. Setup begins at 8 a.m. on July 19 with the erection of tents (one – 20’x20’ and one 60’x60’) and teardown will be complete by 8 a.m. July 29.

Lakewood Village Farmers Market
Jul 21 @ 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

This event is a Neighborhood Farmers Market organized by Good Local Markets to occur at the Lakewood Village Shopping Center.  The Lakewood Village Farmers Market will consist of up to 50+ vendors that will set up booths, tents (10’x15′) and tables to sell locally grown produced foods and goods on Sundays. This event will not require street or lane closures and all parking will take place within the parking lot of the shopping center. Setup of the market will begin at 7 a.m., and teardown will be by 5 p.m.

Friendship West Baptist Church – “The Village Coop”
Jul 21 @ 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

This recurring FWBC: The Village Coop neighborhood market is organized by Friendship West Baptist Church. The market is hosted on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from July 21 through November 24 in the parking lot of Friendship West Baptist Church. This market includes up to 35 vendors selling locally grown foods and goods and amplified sound. Setup begins at 8 a.m. with the erection of vendor tents and tables (up to thirty-five – 10’X15’) and teardown will be complete by 6: 30 p.m.

Dallas Colombian Festival @ Farmer's Market
Jul 21 @ 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm

This annual event is a Colombian Heritage celebration hosted by Uptown Latino at the Dallas Farmers Market Athletic Fields. The event includes live entertainment, food, beverage (alcoholic) and merchandise sales. Amplified sound must cease at 10 p.m. Setup begins at 6 a.m. on July 21 with the erection of a stage (20’x30’x5’) and tents (ten – 10’x10’), and teardown will be complete by 2 a.m. on July 22.
