Blue Dot is a new five-day art exhibit hosted by Jeremiah Onifade and The City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture. The exhibit will be contained inside the residential home. This permit allows for the closure of Rochester Street from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. on June 19 during the opening ceremony; event parking on the unimproved surface lot at 2732 Rochester Street; and for event related parking restrictions throughout the permitted dates. Event patrons are prohibited from parking on the street as the street parking shall be available for local residents. Street closure apparatus will be removed by 10:30 p.m. on June 19.
This recurring Saint Michael’s Farmers Neighborhood Market is organized by Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church. The market is hosted on Saturday’s from 8 a.m. to noon from June 6, 2020 through October 31, 2020 at 8011 Douglas Avenue at Colgate. The market includes up to 60 vendors selling locally grown food and goods. Setup begins at 5:30 a.m. with the erection of vendor tents and tables (up to sixty – 10’X15’ stalls) and teardown will be complete by noon. This market is required to follow COVID-19 regulations and restrictions.
Deep Ellum Community Association is hosting their twice monthly outdoor arts and crafts market. This free event includes live music, amplified sound and vendors. Merchandise, food, and beverage (nonalcoholic) will be sold. Parking meters will be hooded from 100 to 199 N. Crowdus Street from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Setup begins at 10 a.m. with the erection of tents (thirty five – 10’x10’) and a PA system. Teardown will be complete and street closure apparatus will be removed by 7 p.m.

The market is hosted on Sundays from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. from February 9 through August 30 in the parking lot of Lakewood Village Shopping Center, 6434 E Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75214. The market includes a daily maximum of 30 vendors each selling locally grown food and locally crafted and produced goods. Setup begins at 7 a.m. with the erection of vendor tents and tables (up to 30 – 10’X15’ stalls) and teardown will be complete by 4 p.m.
