Casa Linda Market
Sep 20 @ 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

This is a Neighborhood Farmers Market organized by the Four Seasons Market LLC to occur on the property of Casa Linda (Edens) LLC at 9440 Garland Road, parking lot.

The Casa Linda Market hours are from 3:00pm – 7:00pm, setup begins at 1:00pm and teardown at 7:00pm. The market will occur every Wednesday of each month through December.

The market will consist of no more than 35 vendors that will set up booths, tents and tables to sell locally grown produced foods and goods.

Templo Betania Revival
Sep 20 @ 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

This event is an outside revival that will be held for five days in the Templo Betania parking lot. Two 10’x10’ tents and 12’x14’x36” stage will be erected for the event. Setup will begin Sept. 18 at 5pm and teardown will be Sept. 22 after the event. This event will require no street closures. The projected attendance is 800.

BRB Annual Meeting
Sep 20 @ 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

This new event is an evening reception for BRB Annual Meeting. The reception will take place daily from Sept. 20-23 in the Sheraton Dallas parking garage as well as the garage roof top. It will require closing one lane of Live Oak between Olive and Harwood from Sept. 19 through Sept. 23 for the placement of a generator trailer. It will also require closing two lanes of Olive between Live Oak and Bryan from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., (one lane open for traffic) then a full closure of Olive between Live Oak and Bryan from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for a block party, Friday, Sept. 22, 2017. The daily attendance will be 2,800.

This new event is a Sea-Doo watercraft on water demonstration/test ride event. The event will take place at Lake Ray Hubbard adjacent to the Harbor at Rockwall for Bombardier Recreational Product dealers from around North America. The total projected attendance is 300.

4dwn Music & Skate Fundraiser

4DWN Music and Skate Fundraiser is a new fundraising event benefiting 4DWN Project. The event will consist of three bands performing, skateboard open jams, tshirt sales and a raffle. There are no stages, tents, or road closures for this event. There are 120 estimated attendees.

Paul Quinn Market @ Paul Quinn Market

This is a Neighborhood Farmers Market organized by Good Local Markets to occur at 3837 Simpson Stuart Road. The market site will be contained within the parking lot, property of the Paul Quinn Campus.

The market hours are from 3:00pm – 7:00pm, setup begins at 1:00pm and teardown at 7:00pm. Public parking is available within multiple parking lots. The Paul Quinn Farmers Market will occur on Thursdays of each month.

The Paul Quinn Farmers Market will consist of no more than 35 vendors that will set up booths, tents and tables to sell locally grown produced foods and goods.

The Farmers Market at Cedar Crest
Sep 22 @ 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

This is a Neighborhood Farmers Market organized by the Starlight Bethel Missionary Baptist Church to occur within their parking lot.

The hours of the Farmers Market at Cedar Crest are from 9:00am – 1:00pm, setup begins at 8:00am and teardown to start at 1:00pm. The market will occur twice a month through October. Parking for vendors and market guests are to be in approved parking areas.

The market will consist of no more than 35 vendors that will set up booths, tents (10×15) and tables to sell locally grown produced foods and goods.

Greek Food Festival of Dallas
Sep 22 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 am

This annual event is a three-day food festival sponsored by the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church at 13555 Hillcrest Road.  The event will involve ethnic food and alcoholic beverage sales, ethnic dancing, and other activities.  Setup for the event will begin on Sunday, September 17 at 8:00 a.m. and teardown will be on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.  Fourteen tents of the following sizes will be erected for the event:  one 60’x300, two 20’x20’, three 20’x30, five 10’x30’, one 30’x30’, one 20’x60’ and one 20’x40.  Also, a 12’x15’x24” stage will be erected for the event.   The event will require no street closures.  Hillcrest and Alpha Road may be affected by attendee traffic.  The daily projected attendance is 4,000.
