Frank Crowley Courts Food Truck

This event at the Frank Crowley Courthouse will supply food options while the cafeteria is being remodeled. The event will allow up to 12 food trucks to park in the rear of the courthouse to accommodate jurors and employees. There will be no street closures. The event setup will occur daily (Monday – Friday) at 6 a.m. with teardown following the event immediately at 2:15 p.m. This event will not require a tent or stage. The projected attendance is 500.

This event at the George Allen Courthouse will supply food options while the cafeteria is being remodeled. The event will allow 12 food trucks to park in the rear of the courthouse to accommodate jurors and employees. This will a require a daily closure of the north, westbound lane along 600 Jackson Street. The event setup will occur daily (Monday – Friday) at 6 a.m. with teardown following the event immediately at 2:15 p.m. This event will not require a tent or stage. The projected attendance is 1200.

Paul Quinn Farmers Market @ Paul Quinn College Campus

This is a Neighborhood Farmers Market organized by Good Local Markets to occur on the property of the Paul Quinn College Campus (parking lot) at 3837 Simpson Stuart Road.

The Paul Quinn Farmers Market will consist of no more than 35 vendors that will set up booths, tents (10×15) and tables to sell locally grown produced foods and goods on Thursdays thru December 6.

This event will not require street or lane closures and all parking will take place in multiple parking lots within the campus. Setup begins at 1 p.m. and teardown at 7 p.m.

The market hours are from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.

George Allen Courthouse

This event at the George Allen Courthouse will supply food options while the cafeteria is being remodeled. The event will allow 12 food trucks to park in the rear of the courthouse to accommodate jurors and employees. The event setup will occur daily (Monday – Friday) at 6 a.m. with teardown following the event immediately at 2:15 p.m. This event will not require a tent or stage. The projected attendance is 1200.

Dallas Clean Air Action Day
Jun 22 @ 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

This annual event, held by the City of Dallas Office of Environmental Quality, is to offer education about improving the air quality in D-FW. The event will feature display vehicles from manufacturers to remain stationary on the plaza, food trucks and speakers. The speaking and informational portion of the event will occur in the City Hall Lobby. The event will not require the use of tents, stages or street closures. Setup will begin at 9:30 a.m. with teardown to be completed by 3 p.m. The projected total attendance is 75.

Taste of Dallas
Jun 22 @ 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm

This is a summertime food festival. Attendees will be able to engage and interact with over 150 sponsors and exhibitors, both indoor and outdoor settings throughout the weekend. Featured attraction areas include Taste’s Restaurant Showcase, Backyard Bites, Taste Curbside, South of the Border, Taste Marketplace, the Family Fun Zone, as well as dozens of fun and interactive sponsors activations. Entertainment will include 30 bands on 3 stages over the 3-day event; 2 stages are outdoors, 1 is indoors. DJ will play in between bands. There will be blow-up amusement rides and a petting zoo. The following tents (12) 10×20, (4) 40×100, (1) 30×60, (1) 30×80, (2) 20×20, (4) 10×30, (10) 10×10 and two 24’x20’24” stages will be erected. Setup will begin at 8 a.m. June 20 and teardown will be completed by 5 p.m. June 25. No street closures will be required. The projected attendance is 7,000.

Oak Cliff Lions Club Farmers Market

This event is a Neighborhood Farmers Market organized by the Oak Cliff Lions Club to occur on the property of Lula B’s (parking lot) at 1982 Fort Worth Ave.

The Oak Cliff Lions Club Farmers Market will consist of up to 35 vendors that will set up booths, tents (10×15) and tables to sell locally grown produce, foods and goods on the second and fourth Saturday thru December 22.

This event will not require street or lane closures and all parking will take place in the church parking lot. Set up of the market will begin at 7 a.m. and teardown at 12 p.m.

The market hours are from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Saint Michaels Farmers Market @ 8011 Douglas Avenue

This event is a Neighborhood Farmers Market organized by Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church at 8011 Douglas Ave. to occur on the property of the church parking lot.

The Saint Michael’s Farmers Market will consist of up to 70 vendors that will set up booths, tents and tables to sell locally grown produced foods and goods on Saturdays thru September 15.

This event will not require street or lane closures and all parking will take place in the church parking lot. Set up of the market will begin at 6 a.m. and tear-down at 12 p.m.

The market hours are from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

White Rock Farmers Market @ Lake Pointe Church - Parking Lot
Jun 23 @ 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

This event is a Neighborhood Farmers Market organized by Good Local Markets to occur on the property of Lake Pointe Church (parking lot) at 9150 Garland Rd.

The White Rock Farmers Market will consist of up to 70 vendors that will set up booths, tents and tables to sell locally grown produced foods and goods on Saturdays thru December 8.

This event will not require street or lane closures and all parking will take place in the church parking lot. Set up of the market will begin at 6 a.m.and teardown at 1p.m.

Market hours are from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (exception on December 8th which is extended to 3 p.m.)

World Cup 2
Jun 23 @ 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

This new event is a watch party for the World Cup hosted by Ojos Locos Sports Dallas. The event will take place in the parking lot (fenced in area) at 10230 Technology. Food and alcoholic beverages will be sold. Setup will begin at 8 a.m. June 14 and teardown will be completed by June 30, 2018. There will be no street closures. The projected attendance is 200.
